Every new self-serve account gets 14 days free with no card required. If you do nothing, your trial simply ends — you are never charged automatically for a trial.
Cancel from Plan & Billing in the app or by emailing us. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges are made.
Billed in advance each month. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.
Full refund if you request it within 14 days of the first yearly charge. After 14 days the yearly fee is non-refundable, but you keep access for the full year.
Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled? Email us and we will refund the error within 5 business days.
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us — we will credit or refund the affected time.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
