StateLine DMS ("the Service") is operated by The Main Source, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is subscription software that helps licensed motor-vehicle dealers organize inventory, customers, deals, temporary-tag records, and generate pre-filled Georgia document templates (T-7 Bill of Sale, MV-1, MV-7D, Odometer Disclosure, FTC Buyers Guide). The Service does not file anything with any government agency on your behalf, does not issue temporary operating permits, and is not affiliated with the Georgia Department of Revenue, GIADA, TitleTec, or Cox Automotive/Manheim.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter, for reviewing every generated document before use, for complying with all federal, state, and local laws (including Georgia title, tax, and dealer-licensing rules and the federal odometer act), and for safeguarding your login credentials. Deadline reminders and calculators are informational aids only; statutory deadlines are your responsibility.
You must be at least 18 and operate, or work for, a motor-vehicle dealership. One account is for one dealership. You may not share logins beyond the user seats included in your plan.
New self-serve accounts receive a 14-day free trial; no payment method is required to start. Paid plans (Starter, Dealer, Multi-Lot) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing or by emailing us; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Monthly plans: no partial refunds for unused time. Yearly plans: full refund if requested within 14 days of the first charge; thereafter no refund for the remaining term. If we materially fail to provide the Service, contact us and we will work out a fair remedy, which may include a pro-rated refund.
Do not use the Service to misrepresent vehicle history or odometer readings, to issue or record temporary tags for vehicles not actually sold, to store data you do not have the right to store, to reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or in any way that violates law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the data you enter. We will not sell it. We use it only to provide and improve the Service. On cancellation you may export your records on request; we delete account data 90 days after closure unless law requires longer retention.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features and may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, TAX ADVISOR, OR TITLE SERVICE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PENALTIES, FINES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM MISSED FILING DEADLINES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
